Required Documentations:
- Proof of Education from an accredited institution
- PSW applicants: PSW certificate recognized by the Province of Ontario
- RPN, RN and NP applicants: Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 8 -12 Months
- Evidence of a negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Current CPR/First Aid certificate
- N-95 Mask Fit Card
- Covid-19 Vaccine Dose(s)
- ACLS (if required ED or ICU)
- Up to date immunization record
- WHMIS
- 1 Piece of Government Photo I.D.
- Proof of Work Authorization in Canada
